You get a confirmation by e-mail. Your order is cut in the shop and ready in 2 hours, during opening hours.

The shop
A proper neighbourhood butcher
A few minutes from the centre of Chalon-sur-Saône. Beef, lamb, veal, poultry and offal: everything is cut on site, to order.
Beyond meat, the shop also has cold cuts, olives, spices, sauces, snacks and groceries. We opened in April 2026.
