What we sell
El Baraka Viandes mainly sells fresh and frozen products (meat, poultry, offal, halal charcuterie, etc.).
Because these products are perishable and subject to food hygiene rules, returns and refunds are strictly limited.

Fresh products, prepared for you: here is what we can do if something is wrong with your order.
This is a translation for your convenience; the French version of this page prevails.
Online orders and collection in store
Orders placed on elbarakaviandes.fr are prepared in the shop and must be collected in store on the date and at the time chosen. Payment is made only in the shop, on collection.
Please check your order when you collect it (quantities, type of products, general condition). If you notice a problem, tell our team straight away, before leaving the shop.
No right of withdrawal for fresh products
Under European rules, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (fresh and frozen products).
As a result, no return or refund can be claimed for meat and other fresh or frozen products simply because you no longer want the product, or if you change your mind after the order has been prepared.
Wrong or faulty products
If a product has an obvious defect when you collect it (wrong product, wrong quantity, visible quality problem), tell our team in the shop straight away.
Depending on the situation, and subject to approval, we can offer:
- a replacement product;
- a credit note or a goodwill gesture;
- exceptionally, a partial or full refund.
Any such request must be made on collection or very shortly afterwards, with photos and proof of purchase if possible. After a certain time we can no longer vouch for how the product was stored, and so can no longer accept a claim.
When a return is refused
We cannot accept a return or give a refund in the following cases:
- the product has been opened or partly eaten;
- the storage conditions (cold chain, freezing, etc.) were not respected after collection;
- the request comes late, without proof or photos;
- the product matches the order (type, quantity, condition on collection).
Cancelling an order
As long as the order has not been prepared, you can ask to cancel it by calling us on 03 85 45 17 67 or through the Contact page.
If the order is already being prepared or is ready in the shop, we may refuse the cancellation, especially for products cut or prepared specially for you.
If something is wrong
If you notice a problem with your order:
- Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within hours of collecting it.
- Give your name, the order date, the order number (if you have it) and describe the problem.
- If possible, add photos of the product.
